I got him this year for the 1.10, in part because his rankings are so much better than any rookie RB I'd be getting there. And he showed elite traits in 2021 and part of 22. I'm inclined to hold, as my team could still finish just outside the playoffs and be stuck giving him the 1.07.
If I do especially well with Higgins/Burks/Watson/Godwin, then obtaining Watson costs me a future 1.10.
