Does sleeper allow auctions now? If it's a slow auction, I would be interested depending on settings.

Please help to decide if CEH is worth the price in 12 team 1QB full PPR league. My team is contending:

Receiving: CEH
Giving: 2021 1st (around middle, very possible to miss POs), 2021 very early 2nd, another early-mid 2021 2nd and Tee Higgins.
