Amari Cooper was a top 5 pick so saying he doesn't have the skills to be a true #1 WR is a tad ridiculous. Consistency and skillset are 2 different beasts entirely.

Assuming that their first round pick would of been used on a WR (most likely would of) and that said first round pick WR panned out to be anything significant, are riskier propositions than acquiring Amari Cooper a proven WR. Factoring in how lowsy the first round has been with WRs the past few year...

I dont think anyone signs him, career is completely ruined. In terms of trying to buy I wouldn't trade anything higher than a 3rd rounder for him.
