Re: 1.01 value

As of right now I don't think there is a huge difference between Taylor and Swift but that all changes if one of them goes to KC (or any other landing spot you find enticing).

Re: Is Raheem Mostert SF's RB1 Moving Forward?

I don't think anyone is getting an early 2nd for Mostert This Mostert's value is almost entirely in the next 2 games, and the majority of leagues you aren’t allowed to trade anymore. He has no value compared to a draft pick as soon as the fantasy season is over. If he plays well to end the season, ...

Re: Week 14 Discussion

Poking my head back in to this thread to comment on the PAT vs 2pt conversion. PROv3’s posts are all spot on. That is all. Yes Prov3's analysis is correct. But as I've learned both here and in daily life, most people are mathematically clueless and do not understand anything beyond basic arithmetic...

Re: Will Ryan Tannehill be a Starting NFL QB in 2020?

The Titans can save 10 million in cap space by cutting both Dion Lewis and Delanie Walker, which I would expect the Titans to do. Rumor has it around Nashville that the Titans havent even discussed an extension with Henry so perhaps they aren't planning on paying him big money? No idea, but remember...

Re: Derrick Henry? What gives??

Has any team given big money to a RB and been happy with it lately? I think the Titans (or any team) would be stupid to pay big money long term for a RB. That being said front offices continue to do stupid things every year thinking that it will somehow work out differently here. I don't think Henr...

Re: 2020 QB Thread

He already has for weeks. He lacks elite arm strength, but has all the intangibles, and his ball placement is great. I think he's got to be the consensus 1.01 in SF/2QB leagues. A question about arm-strength... is that not something that can be worked upon, as a young man grows into a pro-wn man? S...

Re: 2020 QB Thread

I’d be very surprised if Tua falls below the 3rd pick in many SF drafts. If Tua gets a clean bill of health but falls in the draft to a Saints, Chargers, Panthers or Patriots ... you’d have to be a certifiable idiot not to take him 1.01 in a SF. What do you expect the team that drafts Tua to say? "...

Re: Week 14 Discussion

     Wow. I am literally at a loss of words, the lack of comprehension is hilarious. Do you even realize how uncommon it is for a quarterback to be paid 13% or more of the salary of their team? (HINT: It is also less than 13% of the league) ;) BUT NONE OF THEM EVER WIN THE ...

Re: Week 14 Discussion

LOL. Your attempt to "educate" me failed dramatically. So you feel that the number 13% which somebody pulled out of their bleep is not an arbitrary or cherry-picked number? Why 13%? What is relevant about that specific number? It's because it fits the narrative, that is all. Hence, arbitrary and ch...

Re: Week 14 Discussion

Okay then - which position is worth investing a large amount of your salary cap in to win Super Bowls if quarterback is not? I'll wait. Good luck. If it makes you feel better, feel free to create your own arbitrary cut-offs to fit into the cherry-picked stats all you want (aka 13%). I take it you h...

Re: Week 14 Discussion

All of these arm-chair GMs are hilarious. You literally have a handful of true, game-changing QBs in the league. Then you have some great QBs who can occasionally make the game-changing plays. Then you have the good QBs that are elevated by the supporting cast around them. Then you have the average...

Re: Week 14 Discussion

Truly great QBs are still worth that level of investment though. I don't know exactly how much he's taking up, but I would guess Wilson is greater than 13% of the cap. The Seahawks are a legit SB contenders this year and Wilson's contract won't be the reason why if they don't win it. Wilson won't b...

Re: Week 14 Discussion

The problem with NOT paying Dak is that is it hard to get a QB as good as he is, even if you think he's average. You may spend the next few years churning through rookies & journeymen vets like Case Keenum until you hit. When you're team is in that QB search, you wish you had an average QB like Pre...
