I like the first trade, A LOT.
On the second trade, I would want more if I was giving up Bell.
I would be tempted to do the first and not the second, but I understand balancing of positions.

This is a easy reject, for me. Wilson is arguably the best dynasty QB right now. Andrew Luck is still a big question mark. Even if Luck stays healthy, will he preform at a high level? If you want to compete this year, you're better off being loaded at RB than QB, so long as your QBs are at least decent. Being loaded at QB will give you more years of competitiveness.
