Re: Tua Named stater

Curious if and how the offense changes with Tua. Not a college football fan, so it'll be a fun surprise - one way or the other - to watch unfold! Going to change quite a bit. The best tackle will play RT. This will probably shift running plays quite a bit. The Roll outs will be opposite. The bigges...

Fun fact:

AB - 5’10” 185 lbs
Arms - 31; hands - 9

DJ - 5’10” 183 lbs
Arms - 30 3/4; hands - 9

CLEARLY he is the next AB.
Clearly not—he needs an extra 2 lbs in arm length.
 I thought it was AB had the big head!

Re: 2020 Rookie RB's

My take is it is foolish to blast teams for paying RB’s. Teams like Dallas have 12 players on IR and don’t think one starting lineman is healthy. It’s never 1 player but it starts with QB then the big boys. Teams need a ton of depth and the 30 plus low paids need to produce. The same said about RB’s...

Re: CeeDee Lamb

Lamb is a future Stud! Jefferson probably will be as well. Way too early to plant your flag but if we must I would take Lamb and it wouldn’t be close. Really like them both so nothing against Jefferson. Just evaluate Lamb quite a bit higher. The Hopkins comp is spot on IMO. We will know in a few yea...

Re: Diontae Johnson is...... maybe really really good?

No telling if Johnson ever approaches AB in production but Johnson is certainly a plus route runner.

He definitely has that in common with AB and that should be obvious.

Re: 2020 Rookie RB's

Yeah...the most puzzling thing to me is why teams continue to pay RBs the 2nd contract. If I were the NFLPA I'd be arguing that RBs should get performance bonuses or something locked into their contracts because if NFL GMs ever wise up, no RB will ever get a big 2nd contract again. That ship has sa...

Re: Tua Named stater

Not surprised at all by this. Fitz is a very happy journeyman QB turning 38 next month. He has the game of life in a stranglehold. Fitz will play whatever role is required with a smile. He will be a coach someday or whatever he wants to do. Tua is an exceptional talent that is ready to start. He was...

Re: 2020 Rookie RB's

Maybe, just maybe it is time to consider that Akers poor performance in college wasn't all the offensive lines fault. He is super athletic, but has very poor instincts. For years now. Anybody that thought he was going to produce right away was incorrect. He is literally re-learning the position on ...

WTF.....

I am in a couple of IDP leagues where Barkley wouldn't even command a top tier LB much less an additional 1st.

Trades depend on scoring systems and start requirements but feel free to pat yourselves on the back in a safe space.....

Re: Antonio Brown

Most WRs aren't HOF talents and among the best to ever play the position either, which like him or not AB is. Not to mention he is about 11 years younger than the Goat that simply loves to throw to open WR's. To some, age is just a number. Not a fan of AB but he is simply one of the best ever to pl...

Re: Is Trevor Lawrence the Most Hyped Player of All Time?

Earl Campbell and Tony Dorsett were the most hyped non QB's I remember. But some of you probably were not even alive back then. :(

Lawrence was getting scholarship offers as a freshman in high school. He was well known by 8th grade.
