What side do you prefer, and what's the value gap?

Generally looking for his value in picks, and if you'd buy at that price. More specifically - I'm in a best ball league with 30 man rosters and 15 starting spots. It's SF, and you can start up to 12 at every other position. Graduated PPR with TE getting 1.5x. How much do you think TE value increases?
