What side is better for a SF Startup?
1.04 and 4.09 vs 2.06 and 3.07

I think it is a solid trade considering I value Kupp over everyone except Butler and Harry in the class

Having Keenan with your current roster might be a detriment in the sense that Mixon and Keenan might be good enough to avoid being a bottom 2 team.
