If you are rebuilding I'd be fine with 1.04 and Pitts, especially if you don't have a lot of other assets. I also think you can get a little more out of the deal. Seconds (especially early ones) would be nice this draft

Actual value wise I see this as a pickem. I have zero interest in the idps or mid round picks. He's coming to you. If he wants Williams I want a late 24 first or a 25 first coming back with Kyler. If he doesn't I'll gladly take the extra years with Caleb and the decent wr options he'll have there.

Picks for a rebuild easily. Likely would grab ordunze, Bowers and another wr. When I trade a stud I'm basically looking to get back 2+ chances of getting a stud back.
