Re: Urban Meyer to Jags - impact

I'm no scout but I have noticed Ohio State threw a TON of screens and very short passes and allowed their WRs to do the work. There was a post over on one of the 2021 rookie threads that showed how Dwayne Haskins threw 25% of his passes at or behind the line of scrimmage, and 50% of his total yards ...

Last week and this, there was a (relative) stampede for Fred Swain across various leagues I'm in. Could be worth looking at.
saw a recent post saying he will be their #4 next year behind Lockett, Metcalf and Moore....any chance lockett or moore are gone after this year?

Re: RB stashes vs players with higher upside

So it's a choice between 5? Mooney, Gabriel Davis, Vaughn and Mattson should be kept. So you only have 1 choice left amongst low quality players. I'd keep Penny amongst the choices above, specially if you want to lean RB. Trautman is nice and worth keeping if you'd want to go that route. Perrine I ...

Re: Way too Early 2021 Draft Thread

If you remove Brady and his 6 SBs, its almost like 50/50 on good QBs vs pedestrian QBs over the last 30 years or so. Some of the names that come to mind to add to Brad and Trent-

Re: Nelson Agholor- long term w the Raiders

so yall are out on Edwards and Ruggs then? I'm foreseeing Ruggs living on my Taxi for another season at this rate. It's fine... it's somewhat what I expected, I knew he was raw and would need to figure things out in the pros. It's just a real damn shame that the Raiders can't seem to develop WR's, ...

Re: Bryan Edwards

Rare sighting of Edwards in the wild Saturday night. Really not loving the Raiders offensive distribution from a fantasy perspective. Ruggs was drafted what, #12 overall? and only getting a couple looks per game. Why waste that high of a pick on a guy you have no idea how to use. No screens, no jet ...

Re: Bryan Edwards

Drafted him in half my leagues, and despite liking him, this hasn’t been promising. I fully get ‘giving rookies time’, but when guys still need to help you line up in Week 15, that’s not a good sign. That isn’t ability, it’s preparation and mental game. Hopefully he shapes up moving forward. You’d ...

Re: Deep, Deep Sleepers?

Thoughts on Jakobi Meyers? He's had a handful of games with startable production. He's had some nice games, and i'd label him a definite keeper in large dynasty leagues. My issue beyond that would be with the Pats as an organization now post Brady. Cam doesn't look like a long term answer there. Wi...

I'm shocked by Ian Thomas...

Hope he goes to a new team next year. Not sure where, but anywhere has to be better... Seattle maybe?

Can't believe how little Carolina uses the TE

Re: Bryan Edwards

I hear you guys on giving it some time. Just hard to watch WRs who went later- Higgins, Pittman, Claypool all posting good to great games every few weeks. At this point with Edwards i'd be ecstatic with a 3-50 line

Re: Bryan Edwards

as a Raiders fan and Edwards 1st round dynasty pick truther, i hope I am wrong....but is this guy a bust? I see him out there running around but never any stats, and with Agholor having a nice year I am sure Mayock will bring him back. Zay Jones hopefully gone though

I like what I saw of Albert Okwuegbunam before he got hurt. Was getting a lot of red zone looks, even with Fant on the field. Hopefully Lock stays as starter and AO can return to 100%

Re: Jakobi Meyers

why the hell not i guess. I tend to avoid all Patriots, especially their RBs. Belichick has an annoying tendency to give the lion's share of carries/targets to one guy then completely doghouse him the following week.

Re: Deep, Deep Sleepers?

Had picked up Isaiah Coulter last week in hopes Fuller or another WR got traded. Dumped him today and picked up Dante Pettis, who seems to have open road in front of him for the #3/4 WR role if he can regain some of that rookie form

Re: James Robinson

I was one of the earlier adopters of this man's talents, grabbing him before it was clear he would be "the guy" after they cut Fournette. Rode him hard until this week and dealt him to the top team in the other division for a 2021 1st and Devin Asiasi. My team is terrible and might need a year+ to g...
