ARob had an amazing rookie year, to then suck last year. He will struggle as long as his team's QB sucks.

You can only start 2 WRs so I bet you have Evans and Julio sloted there.
Nelson must be slotted in your flex option so either trade Nelson or Tyreek for RB help.

Make the deal happen then try and offer Dalton for a team who needs a good second QB for a WR.
