This is tough, its pretty close to value in SF imo, maybe a little low, but it can be super tough to find a team that has the right pick/player package that is willing to buy older assets to compete. Agree with above, I'd take my shot on the 2022 1st. I'm low on Edmonds. If Gordon produces, it's a bonus.

I don't like this offer at all. Replace Kirk with Shenault and I'd strongly consider it.

I'm generally not interested in picks 2 years out, but if the league is stable, I prefer the pick to CD.

With that roster, I'd prefer to take a year to retool and look to compete hard in 2022. I'd move Allen, Lockett, and Woods. I'm not thrilled with this deal for Allen, but I doubt you get a better offer.

Boyd is a much better value as a buy than a sell. In a 2QB, I don't see you getting a 1st. Though I do think he is worth a late 1st.

Gibson is way too much to ask for. Gibson is worth ~1.02 alone. Duvernay and OJH have almost 0 value.

JT would be the unanimous 1.01 this year in 1QB. This is cheap for JT.

Dillon value was crushed when Packers resigned Jones. Kupp is a nice add for a contender, but he doesn't approach early 1st value. Kupp side would need to add at least a mid/late 1st.
