Take the picks and then trade up. You don't need that many 2nds, so why not try and package them for a better pick or two.

I think if you feel that Sammy will stay healthy and play close to a full season, I can't fault you for wanting to keep him. He's definitely the best player in the deal, but I also think you're getting good value. Tough decision.
