Re: Where does Justin Jefferson play 2025?

News is that Jefferson turned down a 4 year, 32 mil a year contract from the Vikings. Some numbers for reference for a size of an extension for a player like Jefferson- Biggest WR contract is Tyreek's 30 mil a year, biggest non qb contract is Nick Bosa 34 mil a year. Seems like Vikings wanted to spl...

Re: Where does Justin Jefferson play 2025?

Yeah but Kwesi was just trying to be the budget guy. You know...get Kirk to take a team friendly deal. Kwesi is always looking at what makes financial sense. It's why he didn't overpay Darnold, or pay more than he needed to for a RB rental, or go big after LBs in free agency. If only Kirk could hav...

Where does Justin Jefferson play 2025?

JJ is currently set to play the 2024 season on his 5th year option. With Vikings bringing in Sam Darnold after JJ's comments about Vikings long term plan at QB affecting his decision to sign an extension or not, where do we think Jefferson will be next year (on a most likely record WR contract, if n...

Re: 2024 Free Agency

Where are my Vikings fans at? Waking up to them signing Sam Darnold has me wanting to just start drinking now I love it so far for the Vikings. We'll get one of the rookie QBs, signed Aaron Jones, and added three solid defenders. It's go time. Which rookie QB? The top 3 guys would be too much to mo...

Re: 2024 Free Agency

"legal tampering" starts at noon today right? So by 12:03 we should start hearing about all these complex multi-year deals with guarantees and outs and incentives they worked up in the prior 3 minutes and but have to wait until Wednesday to actually sign?

Re: 2024 Free Agency

I've got a Chicago fan buddy, who still thinks Fields will get them a first, or a pair of seconds. Or a trade up from 9 to 4 (cardinals) to take Marvin Harrison Jr. Just delusional, I think someone gives a 4th or maybe late 3rd for him at the most. We actually made an over/under bet with mid 3rd rou...

Keep us updated on who you take!
It'll be Nabers unless something very crazy happens at the draft

Re: 2024 Off-Season Trades

Was super torn on this one. I traded away Jalen Waddle for the 1.02

I now have the 1.02 and 1.03 in that league to take both Nabers and Odunze

Cap league analysis?

1QB Salary Cap league, where I am very, very much the spent big in the startup draft and then traded for expensive players (Gibbs was fine, Adams... ouch) so now I get the joy of managing a cash strapped team My contracts that carry over add up to $311- Cap is $346 for 2024 and actually goes up 10% ...

Re: 1.02 vs AJ Brown or Waddle?

Thanks all. I sent him the offer for Waddle. We'll see what he does. He asked about it before Also not a major issue, but it would save me $14 in cap, so I could probably get something like a Diontae Johnson or Tyler Lockett in the very limited free agent draft (Kinda like real NFL, good free agents...

1.02 vs AJ Brown or Waddle?

Hi guys, would you trade either AJ Brown or Waddle for the 1.02? Non superflex so assume Marvin Harrison would be gone. My team is middle of the pack, could go far next year if I don’t get injury killed again but it’s not like it’s a win now or rebuild type decision. Just in a vaccum, would you trad...

Re: WR size consideration (FUN for the 1.1!)

Is there a way to get a counter of the non fantasy studs that originally had potential? Actually well bleep. I was about to use Quentin Johnston as my neg example of an alpha-framed WR who's looking like a bust- but at 6'4" 208 lbs he's actually one of the small BMI you're warning about. I real...
