For me personally, I would have everyone I named in one tier, followed by Crowder and Hogan, and the other guys I wouldn't even target. Especially Reggie Bush, I don't think he has a place on any fantasy roster of any kind and Steve Smith is almost at that point in dynasty unless you are a contender...

Update re: the picks I'd be giving away: he had the 7th pick in this year's draft, so it may be foolhardy to expect him to command a top 5 finish again. Safe to assume his pick in the 2017 draft would be no better than 1.04-05 tho
