If you are contending, take the Gurley side. Any other type of team, take the future 1st. Thanks for the input! So you would say it's fair value? The side getting the 1st has the 1.01 thus year so is in rebuild with a new owner. Some seem pretty high on Gurley still, so to the right owner the value...

Which side y'all got? Been seeing Gurley valued at around 1.08 going all the way to a mid 2nd, so I want to know where this value falls.
