Jags have a ton of cap last time I checked and I doubt they'd let Arob walk. Personally I'd want the upgrade of Coleman over Hill as I see Cooks and Arob as similar fantasy talents and you look set at WR with Julio and Evans already.

Garoppolo is definitely the better dynasty asset. As mentioned above if he gets traded there will definitely be a buyer and you have 2 starting QB's already.

My 2 cents worth is that I don't particularly like to take limited WR's in the 1st round. He has a limited route tree, shows a lack of desire sometimes and according to reception perception lined up on the outside right 83.3% of his snaps. Not so much WR1 but Michael Thomas has a chance for very consistent production in the big slot role as long as Brees stays.
