Rather have Kyren, it's not even close, and I'm not a fan. (If you can pull that trade off, do it.) Diggs has bailed me out more than once in fantasy (even won me the ring in '20) but after fading in multiple seasons, I agree he's probably close to washed for FF purposes. I think this deal is fine depending on the need wr or RB, i always prefer the WR but you could use a solid 3rd rb too.
