To piggy back, would the 1.6 be too much or a fair price? Considering an offer, just trying to gauge his value. Depends on your league and how desperate you are for a RB. If you have absolutely nothing at RB, I would take Mason as I see him greater than the rookie backs (except gurley and Gordon). ...

1.5 will most likely net you a WR. In a dynasty league, those special, young WRs can be the foundation of your team for 10+ years. If you are worried about the longevity of the RBs, a WR may be the way to go.

Peterson should be a solid choice. I wouldn't mind Lynch with your scoring setup since it isn't a full PPR.
I would decline the trade as well. You can get a lot of value out of those mid round picks, even though it would seem more lucrative to have two 3rd rounders.
