What is the gap between Hilton and Freeman?

I've been offered his Freeman for my Hilton plus a 1st (1.03-1.05); I think this isn't great value, but I'm curious what people think the value difference is between the two.

I should have mentioned that I've tried offering the later 1sts, and he hasn't been interested in that.

I'm not a fan of Abdullah at all, and QB's are valuable in a superflex. It's probably a pretty fair offer given the uncertainty of Brissett's future as a starter, but I'd probably take him and hope he gets a shot eventually (likely not in Indy).
