In my IDP leagues (although only 12 team) the highest a QB has ever gone is 2.02 (TLaw) but typically early 3rd onwards is where they start to fall.

Not even close for me, they are all borderline waiver fodder for a guy as of today is a volume based RB2. If they draft or sign guy with any sort of relevant capital or contract then his value will dip.
