It’s debatable how accurate these stats are, but Per playerprofiler, Pitts “true catch rate” last year was 93%, good for #9 overall in that area.

Hmm, I like JJ over Lamb in a vacuum. But Lamb was better last year and probably will be again this year. Hard to argue with having Lamb over JJ.

If you’re not sure, probably keep the picks. I have Lamb in one league and NOBODY will pay up for him. Nothing even close to the offer you described above. The picks probably offer more flexibility, and if you use them you can really round out your roster.
