Re: Studs vs. Depth Debate
never played in more than a 12 team league, but I always go for depth and then I lose to the guys that have the 1 or 2 studs that put up 30 points against me. I think in almost every situation you go studs. so often I think I have great depth and it somehow vanishes like that.

Gio Bernard value
really want to trade this guy for a pick or picks but not sure whats the least i should take for him. i know i would take a mid-first for him but nobody would likely give me that, what about a late first, and if so how late should i consider? i think the hill owner has the 1.11 would that be too late

Re: Marquess Wilson?
For a player of his size, he has pretty poor athleticism and arm length. He's like a 5-11 receiver in a 6-3 body. That said I have him rostered and I've watched him play and liked what I saw.

Re: The Metrics of Successful Running Backs in Recent Memory
Carlos Hyde was difficult to place since his agility score is non-existent. He profiles as an Eddie Lacy or Jeremy Hill type runner, a big back that can excel behind a good offensive line. I personally like what I see when I watch Hyde... he looks more agile and fluid than those two. I don't think h...

Re: The Metrics of Successful Running Backs in Recent Memory
Darkness, this deadly has been a good read and thank you for plugging in the numbers.... Here's where I'm not 100% sold: Many of the 'Draft' or 'Do not draft' players from recent drafts have neither boomed nor busted yet, so I don't think it's fair to include them on the 1,000+ yard season category...

Re: chris Polk for 3.04?
If you're asking if Polk will be the starter next year, probably.. will he keep that starting job. Not so sure.

Re: Flash in the Pan - Wide Receivers **updated list
Most of these guys were probably injured at some point, or never had enough athleticism to sustain production once the tape was out on them, and/or their team drafted more talented guys and they took a backseat.

Re: The Metrics of Successful Running Backs in Recent Memory
So I'm assuming that you don't have College Dominator scores for anyone yet? I don't know how the CD formula combines percentage of TDs with percentage of yards but based on the percentages for each I've run Gordon is likely 90th percentile or higher, David Johnson and Jay Ajayi are probably high 8...

Re: Mark Ingram to Eagles?
Polk is a faster and more agile version of Ingram, if they did bring him in it's probably some type of timeshare.

Re: Bucking the Trend.. Situation vs Talent at RB
Sankey actually projects based on measurables and college production to be a stud, that titans team was just so awful. He's probably a great buy-low right now if you believe in Mettenburger. But yeah, situation for running backs probably means a lot b/c the lifespan is so short. Eddie Lacy, Jeremy H...

Re: The Metrics of Successful Running Backs in Recent Memory
Just looking at the player data in front of me it just made sense to put the numbers that way. Weight has nothing to do with Gurley. I noticed just about every player with a high weight and high BMI was a monumental bust so i included that filter to weed out the Trent Richardsons of the world. I set...
