Re: Jaxon Smith-Njigba: the thread
For sure. JSN still is capped as a WR 2, IMO, as long as DK is there. Especially with the new OC, and HC. Running the ball, and pushing the ball down the field will no doubt be a priority. He's a solid player, and will likely fit in nicely as a flex option/WR3 in his career prime. He's not likely e...

Re: Quentin Johnston is the new MikeEvans/
If he was actually decent, he'd be going off the board really high in startups right now.
That WR room is for the taking.

Re: Puka Nacua
I remember dinging Kupp after his breakout because of his lack of separation and higher zone win rates. Blamed the scheme, Stafford, etc. I'm not going to do the same mistake with Puka, but would be keeping tabs on Stafford's health if I owned Puka It's just fascinating that since McVay arrived, hi...

A lot of Tet McMillan hype right now and rightfully so.

Re: Jaxon Smith-Njigba: the thread
I really think Matt Harmon's stuff is pretty good, but it's not gospel. There's things he really doesn't take into consideration on his charting, IMO. It's flawed, but have yet to see a more useful and informative version of what he does that corrects on the downside. Open Score is good, but doesn'...

Re: Jaxon Smith-Njigba: the thread
You'd think JSN had a bad rookie season, but he's winning on the exact types of routes that he should be in his role. Very encouraging.

Re: You Should Be Up on Josh Downs
While there are still questions about what Anthony Richardson will be long-term. Downs quietly had a very good rookie season. I've been seeing posts saying to trade him and re-roll for WRs who aren't as good. I don't really agree with that even with them drafting Mitchell. I would gladly take my ch...

Re: Puka Nacua
Interesting that even though Puka had a historic season, he really wasn't setting the world on fire in terms of overall separation. https://pbs.twimg.com/media/GNiuNoTWwAEu0VP?format=jpg I think this just goes back to show how important the absurd volume and McVay's sytem were to really maximize spe...

Re: D'Andre Swift - Buy/Sell/Hold?
I think Philadelphia gave him ideal usage and snap counts and that's what the Bears should try to copy. It's definitely going to be a committee (duh). But, there's value in his role as the lead of it. I think this offense is going to struggle some initially, especially with a rookie QB. There's so m...

Re: Discussion: How egregious does a trade need to be before you support a veto?
Collusion duh. League health also matters significantly. If there's a deal that absolutely pillages a team, people need to step in. What is a threshold of "pillages" for you? You'll know it when you see it. A lot of short-sighted deals from teams that are consistently getting beat up in t...

Re: Somewhat early 2024 Draft thread
For those are you drafting Harrison, how many are planning on starting him? And as what—your WR3 or WR4? Just curious. I'll see how pre-season goes, but have plans to start him as my WR4 or WR5. The Cardinals just used the 4th pick in a draft on him and they had no WRs on their team before that. I ...
