Re: Discussion: How egregious does a trade need to be before you support a veto?
Collusion duh. League health also matters significantly. If there's a deal that absolutely pillages a team, people need to step in. What is a threshold of "pillages" for you? You'll know it when you see it. A lot of short-sighted deals from teams that are consistently getting beat up in t...

Re: Somewhat early 2024 Draft thread
For those are you drafting Harrison, how many are planning on starting him? And as what—your WR3 or WR4? Just curious. I'll see how pre-season goes, but have plans to start him as my WR4 or WR5. The Cardinals just used the 4th pick in a draft on him and they had no WRs on their team before that. I ...

Re: Who is this year's Puka?
Is Puka the same player on any other offense? Maybe I will say the closest we get to him is his new teammate Jordan Whittington. Rams WR3 role is definitely wide open. If Kupp goes down Whittington steps into a similar role. I like the guy and the Rams do as well McVay seems to have a Shanahan type...

Re: Somewhat early 2024 Draft thread
Oh so -now- we love 1 game sample sizes  I don’t have the context of the rest of the back and forth on it, just giving ya what ya asked for lol :-) I think JJ is gonna be successful. He seemed to produce when called upon, and he’s not old, but I get thinking he won’t pan out since he didn’t ha...

Re: Somewhat early 2024 Draft thread
Also, any thoughts on RB Louis Rees-Zammit, in KCC? Is this all just camp fodder and BS or should we start paying attention? I'm always looking for RB plays in my RB-premium league, and he was undrafted in our recent rookie draft. I feel like people do this with a random practice squad level rookie...

Re: Bryce Young
I posted this somewhere, I guess not here. On Reddit, some guy did an analysis on rookie Qb's, and those with a high sack percentage, and then secondarily, those with a low adjusted yards gained per pass attempt, are like 90%+ likely to be a bust. Young happens to meet both of those criteria. The 5...

Re: The Curious Case of Keon Coleman
I have seen the interview videos, and Coleman seems to be a real nice young man, got his head on straight, and all. Just lacks athleticism, that's all. Not to nitpick, but the guy is very athletic. Maybe he lacks speed, is the wording you were looking for. Was about to say the same thing. Dudes ath...

Re: Goff Signing
Detroit has been drafting and developing well, so I don't think they're too concerned about bringing in big free agents. I don't blame them at all. They have a foundation that's hitting stride. Why mess with it? Worry about players hitting free agency when it gets there. Goff is 29, rarely misses ga...

Re: Why Rome Odunze is the WR2 in the class
All of this applied to JSN , even before the resigning of Lockett. Yet his value still dipped. Some of his naysayers will say he was overvalued to begin with, and his value is more or less appropriate now. I guess the same discussion will unfold about Rome. I think he's a buy. Guy is going to have ...

Re: Somewhat early 2024 Draft thread
There's a decent chance Jones is not the Giants QB after 2024. I wouldn't be downgrading Nabers at all. And based on drafts I've been a part of, nobody is downgrading him. I thought the 2025 QB class was supposed to be pretty weak? Do you feel Nabers is "landing spot proof" that he will p...

Re: Why Rome Odunze is the WR2 in the class
Not you (you aren't of the mindset) but this mentality is something I find annoying in fantasy now. We have a whole host of newer players treating dynasty like they've been told to treat the stock market - churn and trade constantly. Doesn't work for 99.999999% of people in the stock market and doe...
