The reality is that the guy is a good player but I stick with my original statement, he's not a top 5 WR. You could offer him Taylor and Ebron, some people think that;d be an overpay, i'd personally be okay with that but don't think I'd offer up much more. Again, Eli with a fill in from Taylor or Mariota should be plenty to keep your team winning with strength at other positions.
