op... this has to be resolved before making this trade gotta make it "unreasonable" to deviate. a good starting point would be to get him to agree to paying 5x your league fees (im not going to put a dollar value on this, because its all in relation to your league fees) if he were to trade...

just want to make sure... he holds every single first... he is not allowed to trade any of them (per gentlemens agreement).. and at seasons end, he has to give you the 1.01?
