Bradford, Palmer, Hoyer, Fitzpatrick, Mallet are the best there that I can see.

Which RB/WR/TE is the worst on the roster as I need to cut one to add Robinson from the IR before I can make any moves.

I forgot to say that it is 20 man rosters, Non PPR, fairly standard scoring and we start 1 QB, 2 RB, 2 WR, 1 TE, 1 FLEX, 1 K and 1 DST.
