if you can get him for free, why not? he has a good shot to get the LB2 snaps on his team which might be 70-80% of them I'd guess. that has some value

I guess I should have been more specific. He was injured and is rehabbing but he's a free agent. has anyone heard if he's been brought in anywhere? thats what I haven't heard and a google search will find nothing.

if LBs typically go in the 2nd or 3rd in your league, I'd do that deal. Can you get anything better than toomer? something that might help your rebuild more?

What do you think about Rashede Hageman? I read that he will get some snaps at DE when they go 3 man front as well as DT in 4 man.

Isn't Marshall a bit limited in coverage? I guess this could just be a mess with maybe TJ Ward getting nickle LB snaps or maybe Barrow gets some looks on passing downs. Maybe its just an "avoid" situation. I'm just not sure right now.

Keenan Allen for any LB straight up is a good deal. You can figure out how to improve your LB situation. I've never quite understood comments like these.
