Re: Who Is The Biggest Sell-High Right Now?
For people that look to "sell high" on stud RBs... why? Who are you replacing David Johnson with? While there is inherent risk in the RB position due to injury, it's also the position that wins fantasy titles. Look at some of the 1st round startup WRs that you could have traded DJ or Bell ...

Re: Rex Burkhead worth
Unfortunately, Burkhead is probably a much better NFL than fantasy player. The Bengals have wasted his talent for 4 years behind the lackluster combo of Gio and Hill despite every offseason that they claim a top 5 backfield or some such nonsense. Rex doesn't have great long speed (40 time confirmed)...

Re: Balance the trade Amari = Cooks + ?
Michael Thomas is 100% a sell high for me if I owned him anywhere. He is not the Saints new #1 and Cooks is a much better WR. All of Thomas' high output/target games (minus the meaningless week 17 game) were because Cooks was basically the sacrificial lamb used mostly as a decoy against the opponent...

Re: EAGLES TRADE UP FOR ZEKE!
Or... what if the Eagles are clever as hell. Everyone knew there was a QB shortage going into the offseason. I mean seriously, look what Brock Osweiler is being paid and Fitzpatrick is a hot commodity. They locked up a decent veteran QB on a very reasonable 2 year contract. That has a lot of value.....

Re: Michael Floyd & 1.10 or J Matthews
Matthews and I wouldn't think twice about it. And enough of the drops nonsense with JMatt. Edelman has been a league leader in drops the past couple years with a HOF QB throwing him the ball. Mathews is a bigger target with Sam friggin Bradford throwing him the ball. Drops will happen when you consi...

Re: Treadwell vs. Doctson vs Coleman
To normalize the "breakout age" that I assume people are referencing when discussing age of WRs let's try to normalize it a bit: Doctson' age 21 season (2014): 65 rec 1018 yds 11 TDs Treadwell's age 20 season (2015): 82 rec 1153 yds 11 TDs Not that big of a difference, though granted it's ...

Re: LA RAMS MOVE TO #1 PICK
In my opinion, if Mr Moneyball in Cleveland will prove his worth if he trades down in this draft for extra picks. There really isn't any elite/high end talent in this draft but it is deep with good/very good talent, especially on the defensive side, so trading down is the best value move especially ...

I can get on board with this. And Cooks=Moncreif is laughable to me, they aren't in the same tier.StrikeAnywhere wrote:I think that the pair of 1sts is probably about fair for Cooks. The rest is an overpay for Rawls.

Re: If I was a Bronco fan ...
I'm sure I'll get blasted for this, but you realize you can win a super bowl with Sanchez. He's a better qb now than he was when he went to two conference finals with the Jets. I can actually get behind this. Sanchez is a very solid backup QB that can hold down the fort. You could say, at best, tha...

Re: The Raiders have a great line...who will run behind it?
I think the 2016 Cowboys and Eagles are to savvy to draft a RB that early, especially one that isn't a transcendent talent and might have (rumored) off field issues. After the Giants FA moves I could see them taking Zeke early and obviously Miami has no idea how to evaluate/value players so they're ...

Re: Poll: Cooks vs. Picks
The 1.02 alone for Cooks? That's crazy. He was the WR12 last year in PPR and doesn't turn 23 until September! I understand rookie fever, but that's just ridiculous - he's probably younger than half the WRs in the draft. There might be taller WRs in this draft but there are not better ones. I could s...

Re: Treadwell vs Doctson
I prefer Doctson personally and could see him as a #1 in the NFL or a ridiculous compliment to an established stud. The only possible issue I see is his bulk (202 lbs) but that's the one thing that can possibly be "fixed" and maybe add another 5-10 lbs without affecting his athleticism. He...

Re: Who will benefit in Steelers offence? (drug Bryant)
Assuming the Steelers lock up a solid left tackle (ideally re-sign Beachum, even a 1 year deal) then I think Green is the beneficiary. Green is a good blocker but that's not why the Steelers picked him up (or wanted him in the draft 4 years ago). They want a mismatch and a RZ threat, not a true Heat...

Re: Cam/Rawls V Bortles/AJG
I dunno, slimmed down Hyde looked pretty good early in the season. Rawls was solid but I think he's a bit overhyped right now and Hyde is slightly undervalued. Seattle is most definitely bringing in someone to compete with Rawls and I don't think SF will bring in anyone that could overtake Hyde or e...

Re: Why Is Martavis Bryant's ADP So High?
Situation is the most valuable thing going for him. He's not a very good receiver, he's a great athlete and the Steelers are using him perfectly. This exactly. As a team's #1 he would fall flat on his face, he's just not a great/elite talent at WR. He has the physical gifts though and the Steelers ...
