Meyers is a nice value option as many have mentioned. Hopkins and Evans are two potentially good targets if their owners are looking to rebuild.

I think I would still take Moore here. I don't think the hit rate on RBs who have been career backups (even when behind a stud 1st stringer), is particularly high. It seems like most of Moore's problem is QB/scheme related, so would rather take my gamble there.
