I've dropped him in 2 leagues over the last few weeks so he's about to break out.

This is close, but I'd go OBJ for dynasty because of the post-Brees question.

I think things like victory points make leagues overly complex and cause this type of argument. Either go straight H2H and deal with the fact that the "best" teams may not always finish on top due to bad matchups or have a points league where it's all about total stats.
