I actually think this is a really close trade, in close trades like this, I generally go for the side with the best player, which in my opinion is AJG, so I would accept this.

I think it's a good deal for you, I value Lacy quite a bit higher than Cooper straight up, especially in non-PPR. Take it and run.

I like Gordon, but I don't think I like him that much. Lacy is the best player in that deal, by a decent amount IMO, so I wouldn't be willing to throw in that much on the Lacy side. I think I might even struggle with just Gordon and TY for Lacy.

I also wouldn't make that deal. I like what will be left at 1.07 and I'm still not quite ready to give up on Ebron. I say hold on to what you have.

Looks pretty even to me, if you are particularly attached to one player in this deal, I would go with that player. Shady over Murray (but not by much for me) and Sanders over Marshall, by a decent margin, and as was said before the third rounder is irrelevant.
