Re: Am I missing something? Langford for Hogan

I'm not advocating trading Langford and Agholor for that... that's awful value-wise. ... To continue to use the line "does everyone just expect Odell production from rookies? What a bunch of idiots!" doesn't fit here for me. And the line "Sell a 1st round pick with a bad rookie year ...

Re: Am I missing something? Langford for Hogan

He had a few nagging injuries and he was a rookie on a disgruntled and dysfunctional team led by a coach nobody wanted to play for. He showed talent on his college tape and he was a 1st round draft pick, i'm not just going to ignore all that b/c he didn't post monster stats his first year. Agreed. ...

Re: Good news for Ajayi owners!

Ahhh. But, lets not, in the time of rookie fever, forget that Zeke too has questions - as does every single rookie. I think - to each their own based of of opinion and team need. So, good for you for getting your guy and getting a trade done that you were / are comfortable with. But, I think it's f...

Re: Am I missing something? Langford for Hogan

Langford, I get. He could be really good next year, he could be really bad next year. But I think Agholor is being criminally underrated right now. Criminally underrated--how so? What did he do last year? Did the QB situation improve dramatically since the last year? Has JMatt left the Eagles?? He ...

Re: Good news for Ajayi owners!

Happy to have wiped my hands clean of Ajayi while his value is still high. Just moved him as part of a package to get 1.01, to put my money where my mouth is and grab Zeke. Wow. What else did you have to add? DT & Osweiler (1QB league). While some may consider that to be an overpay, I only cons...

Re: Treadwell vs Doctson

I think the combine only served to reinforce what I've already seen and felt with both of these players: Treadwell is a good football player with average athleticism while Doctson is not quite as good at football but is much more athletic. Put me down on the side that believes Doctson will only cont...

Re: Allen vs Fleener

In a TE premium I'd think based on each new situation (NO vs IND, all to themselves) - they should be priced pretty similarly. I think I'd consider selling for a late 1st; not sure I'd pay that though, but in a premium I think I'd definitely throw down a 2nd for their services.

Re: Good news for Ajayi owners!

Ajayi dodged this bullet, but Miami's pursuit of another RB they were willing to spend serious dough on pretty much confirms they'll take a good RB in the draft. Prior to the CJA offer I had thought it unlikely Miami would spend a 2nd or 3rd round pick on an RB, but now I think it's probably the od...

Re: Allen vs Fleener

This worries me a little about Fleener: "The Colts' lack of interest and the Saints' interest made going to New Orleans an easy choice," Fleener said. You would think if he was truly a piece worth owning, they would have made some effort to retain him. I think this speaks volumes about wh...

Re: Who will benefit in Steelers offence? (drug Bryant)

With Bryant done for, I think Green can get himself to 120 targets now. Suddenly I love the Pittsburgh landing spot for Ladarius Green. A+ Wheaton will benefit as well, but outside of that flukey 200 yard game against Seattle has he ever proven to be more than JAG? This could also be why DHB myster...

Re: Reception Perception Question

I believe it's only been running for around 2 years now. Off immediate recollection - he called (well ahead of time) the busting of both Hunter and CP; he also called the ARob breakout last year. Those are the only ones I directly remember. So no, there is not long history here yet - but the short h...

Re: What WRs are close to Martavis Bryant in your rankings?

Cooks, JMatt, Parker, White, Hilton

Disclaimer: I think every one of these WRs listed are better, SAFER WRs to own - but value-wise, currently, I'd say they're all pretty comparable to Bryant in value.
