Re: barron?

Odds are saying he becomes a LB designation. Still has value depending on your scoring, but FAR less than what he had as a DB playing LB. I agree with this, but I do think there's a chance he still would hold a lot of value. All this is depending on scoring, this example is sack/big play heavy but ...

Re: In a good Moody

I just picked him up in a couple leagues today. Has the potential to be a 3 down LB; good ball skills (played safety in college) so if he truly has improved vs the run once the games start he could be a steal considering he's free right now.

Re: Cameron Jordan

His value definitely goes up in a 4-3, and it sounds like they will move him around a lot this year to give him more opportunities to make plays.

Re: TJ McDonald for Eric Kendricks

Generally, I'd always take a LB over a DB. You can find production cheap at DB and you usually don't gain a large point advantage starting a top 10 DB over a top 30 guy. I've also heard that Vaccaro looks good in camp so far, so maybe he's figuring things out now.

Re: Sharrif Floyd?

Depends on scoring, but if DT's get a bump in points over DE's he's a great guy to have behind McCoy. In most scoring systems he was DT10 last year, so in a 12 team league he's a starter, and I think he will continue to improve. I think he has top 5 upside, so again it really just comes down to the ...

I'm in, and can attest to the other leagues run by the commish. Great leagues, and love the scoring format.

Re: Dontrelle Inman

I like Inman, as well as UDFA Tyrell Williams, and I think they both make good stashes. I could see Floyd/Johnson/Gates/Green/Allen taking up the majority of playing time this year, but of that group it's possible that only Allen is on the team next year. Plus, none of them are so good that a breako...

Re: Lynch's Replacement... Thomas Rawls?!?!?

The Cowboys signed Lache Seastrunk....they didn't sign Rawls.....this should give some indication as to the level of commitment, and interest the Cowboys have in him....good luck with the Thomas Rawls thing...if he was free, and you have a very deep roster....sure, why not....I don't believe it for...

Re: Lynch's Replacement... Thomas Rawls?!?!?

You'll know everything you need to know about Rawls when the Seahawks try to stash him on the practice squad. If he gets through, cut bait. If the Cowboys poach him, $$$. If the Seahawks decide they don't want to risk losing him, hold. Rawls had signed on for a tryout with the Cowboys when the Seah...

Re: Where do I go from here?

Always take the BPA. Regardless of the position you need, you will end up better in the long term. Stack your board before the draft and stick to it. If you have two players tied at RB and WR you can go with what you need, but don't take a RB at 4 if your evaluations say a WR is the better talent. Y...

Re: Trading Jamaal

His value has dropped. I own him in one league and would love to get a top 5 pick, I just bought him for two 2nds and 3rds from an owner desperate to sell. My guess is that it's going to take a nice game or two from him early in the season to maximize his value, but honestly based on what I"m s...

Nice trade. Freeman is ok, but after the draft I doubt he's still the starter in ATL

Re: Which Younger RBs Can I Get with 3.03 and 3.10?

TRich would be my first target, and if you think you have a chance to contend then maybe Gore. I've bought him for less this offseason, but it all depends on if the team that owns him is in the hunt or not. Other than that you aren't getting much with a 3rd or even two 3rds, and in a deep RB class I...

Re: OBJ trade accepted

If you have an out for that deal, take it and keep OBJ. Three firsts are nice to have, but if I'm moving a stud I'd want a stud in return, not 3 chances at maybe getting a stud, especially when you have to wait until 2018 to use them all.

Re: Ryan For Brees?

I think that if Brees' contract wasn't so huge that NO would be shopping him as well. I'd take the younger player that is capable of putting up as good or better numbers. If I was trading Ryan for Brees I'd want something extra, so a straight up deal is really good in my book.
