I have found keeper leagues to have more strategy, more parity and our easier for commissioners if replacement owners are needed.

Dynasty leagues are only better for keeping guys like Bruce Ellington or Blake Bortles just to use two examples.

I do not find it common courtesy to respond to trade offers. If I don't like an offer, I will decline it. I don't feel I hould have to write anything to the person who made the offer.

We will consider the spots taken. All five who showed interest got back to me rather quickly and all seem like potentially good owners.

More e-mails will be sent to help me decide who will not get a team.

What you could do is have a veteran draft in the winter or early spring. Then have a separate draft for rookies sometime after the NFL draft in early May.
