Yeah, but he's GETTING Carey for swapping his 3rd for a 4th. That seems totally worth it to me (unless you have to drop something exciting to make room)

That's the worst I've see.

Think its just 4 for a first offense. I suppose in Bell's case he might get hit with a first offense on both the drug AND personal conduct tracks and I don't know how that resolves.
