If your intuition is correct, it's an easy hold and take Lance at 1.12. If you're left with the "typical" selections at 1.12 I'd prefer to gamble on next year's first.

I'd take Chase and 1 first if you think it had a chance of being middle of the pack or better. I'd agree that Adams is worth something like 3 random 1sts but Chase isn't just a random 1st, he's a locked in top 6 pick in my opinion. Maybe something like Chase/1st/prospect?

Was the initial offer to you or from you? Is he trying to nickel and dime you? The trade seems to be getting bigger and bigger on the one side. That said, the best player and best pick are still on the same end, I'd likely take Lamb.

Nothing concrete. The owner of Barkley is considering a rebuild, not sure I want to pay up for him though. I'm trying to get from 10/11 to 6/7 in order to get a taste of the top RBs and top WR but haven't had any luck yet. I'm typically the most active owner but trades can be tough to orchestrate.
