Since you don't even have to start a TE I'd take the Evans side. Long term I'd value evans>ertz in this format so gronk is just gravy.

I'm not a huge james white guy but I think the value is there and you need an RB2. Maybe try to follow it up with flipping white+1st for a different RB?
