Re: What is considered young?

I think mileage and injury history is more important than age. Some guys are petering out into the downside of their career at 27, while others can be just hitting their stride.

Re: Bargain players than need to be shopped

Josh Gordon could be an upside shot that cost peanuts to acquire. I'd rather acquire a peanut allergy. Hey, name recognition can be a heck of a tool. Say he gets reinstated under the newer lax drug policy tomorrow and signed with a team like Philly, Baltimore, New England...I bet you my bottom doll...

Re: Njoku Demanding a Trade

I think the Bengals ought to kick the tires, check the asking price. Couldn’t hurt to give Burrow another possible weapon. You think they'd move him in the division? Not ideally but I think they should take whatever the best deal is. Also, they went out and paid Hooper, and also drafted H. Bryant i...

Re: What is Mark Ingram's value?

You can get a 1st, but that would probably have to be in season. But if he comes out producing like he was last year, you’ll be able to swing that kind of deal with a contender without much hassle probably. If you have to sell now, it’s probably capped at a 2nd. Veterans like him don’t return full v...

Re: Bargain players than need to be shopped

Antonio Brown and Josh Gordon could be upside shots that cost peanuts to acquire. M. Stafford feels perennially undervalued. There’s legitimately a ton of TE options out there to take a shot on. One I like to target is the Houston TEs. If one of them can steal a majority of passing work, it could pa...

Re: 2020 TE class

I’m going after T. Moss at 5th round or free prices in a few of my leagues, especially the TE bonus type. Not because I think he’s the most talented or best TE prospect in this class. But because the position looks wide open in Washington, and he has bloodlines(name value) that make him easily recog...

Re: Ranking TE's 25 or younger

K. Warring is a nice, very cheap or possibly free option if you are bargain hunting. With Nuk gone there are a lot of targets to be had. Cooks and Cobb are decent additions but Watson is going to need a TD threat in the red zone. If any of the TEs on the roster can make a claim to the primary starti...

Re: Carlos Hyde

Hyde is continually written off by most in these forums, he gets a lot of unwarranted hate in my opinion. No, he’s not a world beater but he is an NFL capable RB, and can catch and pass block when required as well.
Bold prediction, Hyde outscores any other Seattle RB this year, including Carson.

Re: The Deepest Sleepers

J.J. Taylor. I’m 95% sure he’s too little to succeed at the NFL level. But...as an end of the bench long shot I’ll take the 5% chance he’s not. If anyone can figure out how to make him relevant it would be Belichick, so the spot is not bad.

I know he says he plans on playing in the NFL again, but I’m not sure he has a leg to stand on with that.

Still too soon?

Re: Official/Final 2020 Rookie RB Ranks

I can’t say I agree with all Mike has posted, said, or ranked. That’s fantasy football, of course we will have dissenting opinions. I do give him credit for having the cojones to make his own rankings, and post them here for all to see, discuss, and mock. I know too many owners that don’t have an o...

Re: Names we aren't talking about

I assumed this was about rookies. Are we going all the dudes? Sorry I have a habit of reading just the headline and then skimming or skipping through the posts entirely. So this may very well have been a rookies only deal, sorry. I’ve just got rookie overload, I’m exhausted with them already. So fi...

Re: Names we aren't talking about

I’ll play along, but I’m going with the non rookie edition. Here’s one for each position I don’t think gets any attention- QB Nick Mullens- in my superflex leagues, every backup QB worth a lick is rostered in hopes he can get a shot. Every decent one except Mullens that is, I don’t understand why. T...
