I am cautiously optimistic about this. I do think that if he can keep his head screwed on straight, TBMW could become a wr2 on his team that can produce wr1 numbers in fantasy (i.e. Jordy, Cruz). This of course would require a pass heavy offense, which im not sold on happening this season in Tampa.
