For your team and with the picks you have i would take the Sutton deal. Certainly try to do it for the 1.10 first but I would do it either way.

Burrow and Taylor/CEH would be the best option.

I would keep Sanders. You have some depth at WR and have guys you can stream behind Kupp each week so you are not desperate at WR.

For team in signature would you trade Conner and Crowder for 2021 1st and 3rd? The picks should be both be top half if not top 2-3 as they are from a expansion team. I will be going into a rebuild after this year so looking to get some more picks.

I wouldn't move Golladay for a late 2021 1st. For my team in signature I am also in contract league and have a very competitive team. I traded for Golladay this off-season and he is also on his last contract year and I gave up Bell and the 1.10 for Golladay and the and 2.9.

I would stick with Hopkins for your team as well.
