Re: Kicking out a league member
Seriously one crappy GM pulls down the entire league from the top to the bottom. The league becomes far more watered down with inactive/uninterested GM's. A 12 team league becomes an 11 team league and one team that's an easy win whenever you play them. And I'd say more often than not that the dism...

Re: Da'Rick Rogers cut
He went from Miami's practice squad to Indy's? I'm confused. Regardless, Indy is indeed the absolute best landing spot possible for him. It gives him a shred of value that he didn't have before. He must've not completed signing with Miami, if he had, he'd have to be on Indy's 53. I agree, a bit of ...

Re: Ogletree
Aren't the Rams doing something where they have one guy as the Right OLB and the other as the Left OLB as opposed to playing strong side/weak side?

Re: Eddie Lacy/ what do you think now?
I think both guys are probably priced significantly ahead of what they're worth.

Re: Eddie Lacy/ what do you think now?
I try to avoid GB RBs by rule, but I'd consider Franklin long-term. I'd have passed Lacy if he was there in the late 2nd of rookie drafts, personally. I don't see much of any upside, he's just a limited talent.

Re: 1.1/Marshawn Lynch
So I ended up trading the 1.1 and Ivory for Lynch. I'm happy with it. The owner took Bell, which surprised me, I thought Austin was his pick for sure (it was mine). Michael got snatched up at 1.12, Lattimore a few picks earlier, and I took (the perhaps somewhat controversial?) Denard Robinson at 2.1...

Re: 1.1/Marshawn Lynch
I really don't think your team is as terrible as you're making it out to be. You've got some really nice pieces, and a couple lucky breaks and breakout guys (Torrey, Ivory, maybe even Rice, who knows) and you're looking ok. Granted, I don't know IDP and maybe they are dragging you down more than I ...

1.1/Marshawn Lynch
I currently hold the 1.1 for an orphaned team that was in shambles when I took it over a couple seasons ago (this will be year 3). 1QB/2RB/2WR/1TE/1RB-WR-TE/2DB/2DL/2LB/IDP FLEX 1PPR My current roster: QB Andrew Luck, Terrelle Pryor RB Wilson, A. Brown, L. James, Hunter, Ivory, Bell, Bolden, Cadet, ...

Re: Luck Trades?
I'd want a high upside QB and high upside young RB for him, maybe a bit more. I'd only move him for an overpay. He's a blue chip piece that, even with some rough actual stats, has already been a very solid fantasy QB and will only get better.

Re: 1st Round Fleener
Do Gronk and Hernandez play the same position? In name only. Fleener is much closer to a WR than a TE, IMO. I doubt any NFL team was looking at Fleener and Allen has two sides of the same coin, they are completely different coins that have different skillsets and fill different roles. This is a fai...

Re: 1st Round Fleener
And if you don't believe that NFL personnel departments don't make shrewd decisions during the draft based on where they project players to go and what their sources are telling them about where other teams are poised to take players, you're kidding yourself. That's how a savvy front office works a...

Re: 1st Round Fleener
I don't think Fleener has elite talent. He has elite speed and great size, but I don't think he is a big time dynamic talent. You can read things how you want, I just believe that Allen is the more complete player and is better on the field week to week. I've already agreed that Fleener's potential ...

Re: 1st Round Fleener
Hernandez and Jimmy Graham are examples of TEs who can't block that are successful. Elite TEs are always tied to elite QBs. Given Fleener's superior size, speed, and agility compared to Allen, I'd expect him to overtake Allen pretty soon. Particularly with Luck's propensity to throw downfield, that...

Re: 1st Round Fleener
Allen has always been the more complete TE prospect. From what I have seen, Fleener is still just a pass catcher with poor blocking skills. Lucky for fantasy owners, that type of player can prove to be valuable when he refines his receiving skills at the pro level. Bingo. Allen's versatility means ...

Re: Russell Wilson or Colin Kaepernick
As an owner of both, give me Wilson everyday of the week. Like Kaep, too, just if I had to pick.
