Re: The Bridesmaid

"Was hoping someone here could understand why someone would make a perennial playoff contender but not do anything to address a glaring weakness in RB2. He's been rolling with garbage there for years while he has WR value on the bench each week he can't start." Going from Jones to Carson doesn't so...

Re: CMC/Diggs for Barkley/Evans - Completed Trade Debate

I can see the logic of wanting to bail on Evans but I'd expect to trade on something closer to consensus value, which would have saved you from losing so much value in the Evans to Diggs side.

Re: 1.03, (1.11 or Hilton) and 1.12 for Tyreek Hill

After reading the first few responses, I was going to point out the risks with Hill, but that's been covered. Can they remove Watkins and replace with a flex worthy RB? Would free you to deal 1.3.

Re: The Bridesmaid

This is one of the more confusing trade questions I've seen. Reading your post you are giving up an absolute ton to get Hopkins. I don't love chark, or Jones, but that's a lot. Selling juju way too low and I also am not paying up for Carson. Hip injuries are no joke. You feel like a contender with ...

Re: The Bridesmaid

Lol, trade hasn't been done yet. I'm trying to look at this from the other team's angle, especially with constantly being good but not good enough. And yes, McCafsteez, that's the offer I'm considering. I'm basically trying to re-set my roster, cash out on Hopkins, and see if that studly WR corps wo...

The Bridesmaid

Imagine for the moment you're a perennial contender in a 12 team PPR. Every year of the league's 8 year existence, you've made the playoffs. But, you have only one title to show for it. In this league, stud WRs are hard to buy. Starting requirements- QB, 1 RB, 3 WR, TE, R/W/T flex, R/T flex. This is...

Re: Running Back Vulnerability Index

Which FA RB are left? https://www.rotoworld.com/article/free-agency-update/2020-nfl-free-agent-tracker-0 Depends on what you're looking for, but DFree, Hyde,Lamar Miller, Theo Riddick, Chris Thompson, Frank Gore, LeSean McCoy, Bilal Powell are eye catching. That ignores cut or trade candidates such...

Re: Running Back Vulnerability Index

If we're being objective and not using this as an exercise to deflate the value of RBs who we don't own: Unlikely: Seahawks - Carson and Penny are more than formidable together. It really doesn't make much sense for the Seahawks to draft an RB high. Bears - They just traded up for Montgomery a year...

Interesting article on optimism for Gurley's 2020 outlook in Atlanta: https://www.sportsline.com/insiders/could-todd-gurley-return-to-top-five-fantasy-rb-status-as-a-member-of-the-atlanta-falcons/ Worthwhile read, thanks. Re: 2020 NFL Free Agency

Funchess to Green Bay is interesting. Keeping in mind he was seen as a TE/WR tweener as a prospect, it's interesting be went to a team with little proven at TE.

Re: More 2020 Hype: "If You Need A RB or WR, this is the draft for you."

I take him at 2 if I'm the Redskins, or 3 if I'm the Lions. And then NE trades for Stafford. The reality is the coach and GM of the Lions have 1 year to prove to ownership they are a playoff caliber team, so I don't see them drafting Tua or trading Stafford. Wonder if/how pressure on hot-seat coach...

Re: More 2020 Hype: "If You Need A RB or WR, this is the draft for you."

I really think it’s a bad move for Pittsburgh to use their second round pick on a running back, but it seems like it’s happening. They interviewed most of the top RBs at the combine. Why? They have a pretty good roster all around, and they aren't getting a QB at that pick as a future Ben replacemen...
