Well I ended up trading James for Christine Michael to another manager

So this guy in my league keeps messaging me about LaMichael James. I just don't know what to ask for him. Any ideas? I'm kinda lost on this one. I've held on to JStew in so many league that I'm sick of seeing his name on my roster. With that said I think you can get more for him.

As a huge Bama fan and follower all my life, I'm not worried about his toe. He's a pounder and plays RB. RBs are like MMA fighters, they are never 100% healthy.
