Haha, yeah I know Drake is past his prime, but the shot at "starting" RB is tempting!

I will probably drop him just because I can face my wife and kids better with that decision but thought I would get the pulse from the great minds here as well!

My league has $1,000 salary cap. My team is terrible and there will not be much on the waiver/auction this year. I have $700 to spend with Drake $750 to spend without him. I have Kenyan Drake for $55. I have to make drops by today. Is he worth a $55 flyer on the off chance JT gets traded/holds out? ...

I say drop JT. Given the current drama and the shorter shelf life of RBs I would keep the WRs and QB.

Allen is the second option.

After his contract has expired I have to drop him. Or I can franchise tag him for a premium price (avg of top 3 at the position) to get one extra year. I can trade him any time during his 3 year contract.

This year of Pitts is wasted I will be so bad so I would only get two years out of Pitts vs 4 from the rookie picks.

Everyone loves Bijan right now, but I remind everyone every chance I get he has never taken a snap in the NFL. There is so much hype around him right now I feel like by definition you are over paying for him.

In some drafts I would happily give up juju to move up three pics, but in the current rookies I don't see much difference between six and nine to make me want to give up anything.

I would never trade a proven player like JT for a hype player like Bijan. The last player they got as much hype as Bijan was Pitts. Short term play but good value. You are giving up on two of the highest rated recent prospects in Hall and Etienne though. I am always shortsighted and go for the win now so I would do it. But you're definitely giving up lots of long-term value.

I just acquired JAMO for a 2025 1st. I am in rebuilding mode so I could not give up a 2024 first because it would be too high so the owner agreed to a 2025 1st (which sadly will still be a top 5 - 7 pick)
