I'd take Gio and Dorsett for Foster. An extra 2nd is just a bonus.

I wouldn't do this trade personally, but I love Matthews.

It really depends on where the 1sts are projected, and how your leaguemates view future picks. I would start big and if the Megatron or Jordy owners are in a rebuild at all, shoot for them since they're aging. Aside from them, Cooks/Matthews/Benjamin/White are possibilities. We do 25% and I think it works just fine. We have a couple teams with over 15% of the cap in penalties. 50% seems kind of harsh to me, but I guess it could work if that's what you would want to do.

I'm going to assume you're considering offering this? I don't agree that AP > Murray, but it's fairly close. 1.02 and 1.10 isn't close, so this definitely favors the AP side. If you can pull this off, I would definitely do it.

Potentially depends on your team because AP might be more valuable to a contender, as he's expected to have a better season. But long term (with your team), give me Murray easily.

In a normal league (1 QB, no superflex, standard scoring), I will also look to sell high on any QB or TE not named Luck, Rodgers, Gronk, or Graham. I don't see Wilson ever being an elite fantasy QB, but he's currently ranked 3-4. I would absolutely try and sell him, and getting Teddy/Tanne plus anot...

This is pretty much trying to get something for nothing. ARob is easily worth more than what you're giving alone. Change that 2016 2nd to a 1st and you might have a chance.
