I vote for Ochocinco. He is the only guy to have had more than 1 elite season (ALA Edwards). After a couple of down seasons, due to Palmer being hurt, he could step right back up to that elite status.

Seems to me the offer of S Holmes is not nearly enough. If he needs a RB or WR, he will get at least one of Brown or Crabtree, whoever you don't take. Either one of them has greater potential than Holmes. IMO
