Is Jeremy Shockey the Saints snitch????
Crazy stuff if true, although it kinda makes sense if Shockey is the one here :wtf: :silent: Sapp claims Shockey is whistle-blower foxsports.com UPDATED MAR 21, 2012 6:32 PM ET Jeremy Shockey was the whistle-blower in the NFL’s investigation into the New Orleans Saints' pay-for-performance system th...

Re: Tebow to the Jets
The Denver Post reports that the holdup in Wednesday's Tim Tebow trade to the Jets is a provision requiring New York to pay a "kick back" worth north of $5 million in order to acquire him. The exact amount is $5,063,750, and per Tebow's language-heavy rookie contract, the Jets must pay th...

Re: Tebow's post-Manning team?
While Jacksonville certainly would be a good fit for Tebow, it certainly would create a disaster there as far as handling Tebow and Blaine Gabbert, as you know the fans would scream for Tebow as soon as Gabbert makes a mistake there. Miami makes sense, although they seem to be really in a bad place ...

Re: Matt Flynn to Seattle
Man, I really can't believe that he didn't go to miami. What is going on up there? I wonder if it means that Flynn actually isn't that good, considering I would think that Philbin would do everything in his power to get Flynn to come to Miami if he was really sold on him, and it doesn't look like t...

Re: T-Rich Landing Spots
tstafford- While I agree with your premise of RB's being available later, Im confused at the apparent contradiction: Why is a slam dunk for Cleveland to take TR at 1.4, but a luxury for the Bucs to take him at 1.5, because they can get a high ranked RB in the second? Cleveland would be just as able...

Hate to this this, but this certainly doesn't change my really positive view of the U.S. Military. A very big Thank You to JC and others for their service and defending our country and freedoms. Thanks a million!

Re: T-Rich Landing Spots
I think he either goes to the Browns, or the Browns trade down and T-Rich goes in that slot. STL and CIN have plenty of ammunition to trade as mentioned before, it just depends on how much they are willing to move up.

Re: Where will Peyton land?
NFL.com's Michael Lombardi reports part of the Titans' pitch to free agent Peyton Manning is a post-retirement role in the front office. Lombardi thinks it's something Manning could be open to, and believes it "might be at the heart of Tennessee’s sales pitch." It's an interesting benefit...

Re: Josh Morgan to the Redskins?
Holy cluster f*** of WR's in Washington. They drafted/signed a ton last year, and now already a couple more this year - but NONE of them are true #1's. It's like trying to use a bunch of those little round dot band-aids to close an axe wound.  While they've upgraded their WRs, it still d...

How awesome would it be if the Rams end up getting the first pick in the draft overall thanks to the Skins? Stay tuned.....

Re: Trent Richardson
Rams would be a good fit, as the shelf life of SJAX might not be that much longer. However in this case I think STL would have to trade up with someone like the Browns to secure someone like TRich. With the ammunition the Redskins just gave them, I'm sure they could do just that if they wanted to. I...

Re: RG3 to the Skins
I disagree completely about it being worse than Hershel Walker. Sure, walker was proven, but he was just a runningback. The impact that he could have on a franchise was limited, even if he'd have been amazing, and his shelf life was short compared to the shelf life of a young Qb. He could bust, cer...

Re: RG3 to the Skins
I think recent history shows that the Redskins can't just build their team through big time free agents, the Haynseworth situation and others proved to be pretty bad free agent moves by Snyder and the Redskins. While a free agent may be attracted to going with RG3 to Washington, it is still quite an...
