I'd say 6 or 7 on talent alone. Situation may shake up my rankings a bit.

Unless Moncrief's situation is drastically better than others I think he will fall this far and I'm very excited about it.

Agreed. I'm actually picking 01.11 in a rookie/FA draft and he's barely been on my radar. I have a top-half lottery pick in the second round (somewhere between 02.01-02.06) and think he could be a possibility there. Crazy value.
